In Addition To Dry Ice Blast-Cleaning We Also Offer:
Dry Ice Blast-Cleaning is a non-abrasive cleaning process involving the use of compressed air to propel solid particles of Co2 at super sonic speed to clean machinery or electrical components. After the particles impact the surface, they evaporate leaving only the contaminate removed to be swept up.

This process uses three basic principals:

1. Thermal Shock
Dry Ice is approximately -109 F, by lowering the temperature of the
contaminate it weakens the bond to the surface being cleaned.

2. Kinetic Energy
By impacting the contaminate and breaking it loose from the surface.

3. Gas Pressure
When the solid particles hit the surface they explode and rapidly expand
resulting in a gas pressure flushing action as the particles convert back
to their natural state and return to the atmosphere
